Alpin Park Apartments does not have a certified maintenance man on site, although they state that they doHad a plumbing issue in my apartment, I called the emergency line Sunday because the dishwasher flooded the kitchenHe said they would come out on Monday morning, didn't show up till mid-day TuesdayThe "maintenance man" loosened a few pipes(that he didn't tighten back up and caused a leak under the sink) said "I no fix, call plumber" I call the leasing manager and he laughed in my face and told me to call a plumber because they do not and will not fix itStated that I needed to stop putting grease and other items down the drain and it would clog then mentioned I would have to pay for the plumbing service out of pocketSo Tuesday night I call the plumber he comes out, states that the maintenance man should have been able to fix the issue also that the plumbing should be taken care of by the complex not the tenantsHe also stated that everything he pulled up was from previous tenants because what came out of the drains had to have been there longer than my current tenure at the complexSo moral of the story, I don't recommend the complex because the "maintenance man" is only licensed to mow lawns and the leasing manager things tenant issues are a joke and doesn't solve issuesThey Are not Revdex.com certified for a reason and I now know whyHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND
I gave them move-out notice according to contract and cleaned the apartment thoroughly and even cleaner than when I moved in before I moved out. However they never returned my deposit. I called and even went to their office to ask for deposit. They told me they had to paint the walls of that apartment, which is completely unreasonable to me because painting walls is their own responsibility and their regular maintenance on normal wears and tears! They simply just ignored my request later on.
