I bought a pair of sunglasses at Arnette.com. They didn't fit. I set up an RMA to return them online. I never received the RMA. I called customer service and had them set up an RMA. They said I'd receive it that day. Never got it. I called back and the rep spoke with Escalations. The rep said I'd receive it in 10 min and that she'd follow up with me to be sure I got it. Never got it, and she never followed up. Now I've received a notice from my ID theft insurance company that my data was breached through a major eyewear company. I specifically chose to buy directly from this manufacturer to AVOID issues. I'm having doubts I'll ever get my money back for these sunglasses which don't fit. I'll never order from Arnette.com again.

Spoke to customer and we are replacing the glasses with a like pair at no charge under our warranty policy. The claim is now resolved

Review: Bought a pair of Arnette polarized sunglasses from an authorized dealer (Amazon) ~6 months ago and now the polarized film on the lenses has started to peel off. Call Arnette warranty service and they told me they have no replacement parts and will not be able to repair or replace since the model (stance) has been discontinued. Hence they will not honor the warranty on their product.Desired Settlement: Refund my purchase price of $119 + tax
