I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[We did ask him to do a reroof only because we are not professionals and he claims that he is. We had a leak in our addition and that is why we called him out to begin with. After the reroof was done it rained a few days later and we still had a leak in the same spots. We had tried calling him several times and no response from him. A few months later again rain was leaking in, and again we called him with no answer or call back. Left several messages to him. He never once said anything to us about the skylights or that was the reason why it was leaking. Not happy with the addition roof. Had a professional roofer come out and look at it and he said it should have been torn off. I'm worried about all the rain that leaked in over the course of a year and the damage it has or will cause. ]

was happy with the job ther was no rotten wood at all I did go back ther to fix the leak it was around a skylight I did ask him be4 if he wanted to get new ones and he said no  if there was good skylights we never would have this problem thanks [redacted]

WE GOT PRICE MADE DEAL. HE RITES A FLIMSY ONE LEAGAL PAPER. THEY DID NOT GET BLDG. PERMITS. PARDEEVILLE SHUTDOWN SO BARE ROOF COVERED WITH TARPS. HOUSE INVADED BY BATS!! They BROKE SLATE SIDING I HAD TO R&R. THEY DEMANDED PAYMENT I WAS AGAINST. TO FIND GAPS WER SIDING JOINS WITH BIG GAPS BATS BEES WASPS BIRDS COULD NOT GET THEM TO COMEBACK EVER!!! THEY DO EVERY SHORTCUTS CAN. I HAD TO FIX THE MISTAKES !!! CANT TRUST ARNIE [redacted] $2200. PLAN TO SUE [redacted]

Review: Did not do a good job. Having the same problem. He reroofed our vacation home without doing a tear off on a rotten roof. Water leaks in and causing internal problems. Called several times throughout the year and never called back.Desired Settlement: Satisfaction.
