just accept that they acted unethically and fraudulently and stop ripping off their clients. Again, as I stated earlier, I as a customer have a right to change my mind and not buy anything from a business. Enquiring about availability does not obligate me to buy the service or product in any way.

Review: I had called Arnie's ATV rental in Oceano CA for information about ATV rental and availability of ATVs for our picnic party. We were a large group of around 18 people and they asked for my credit card information. I never committed or reserved ATVs at all. They still went ahead and charged my card for $450 stating that the store manager had authorized to charge me. I was surprised and reminded them that I had not reserved anything and neither did they provide me information that they will charge me regardless and I would have either come to their store and rented from them or not have given my credit card information at all.The store was extremely rude and crooked about the transaction and as a policy I will never go there again.Desired Settlement: I would request my money returned to me ASAP and reverse the transaction completely.
