We know nothing about plumbing, and we just bought an old house with a long history of repairs and unknowns. Eric came to our house to look at a leak we had in a basement pipe, which was easily fixed. Next, a toilet pressure problem in our half bath, which he explained and offered solutions for. But the most baffling problem we had was an upstairs toilet that rattled the old pipes behind the walls every time we flushed. It sounded like a demon from hell, and our handyman had told us we would have to knock out the wall to fix it. But Eric suggested it could be something simple, like replacing the ballcock mechanism. He said it might not work, but he'd try. No more middle of the night roars! Every problem we had was fixed in an hour and very reasonably priced. Eric was very knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. We were super, super happy with the way he easily handled what we thought were big problems. He also gave us insights about some other plumbing issues were worried about. Thank you so much, Eric! I would also like to thank Arnie's dispatcher, who was bright and friendly. The whole experience was such a relief.

Shawn B. did a great job in solving my air conditioning problem. He was kind enough to explain the issue, and also to give me tips about extending the life of my older AC unit. I was afraid that I might need to invest in a whole new unit, but the problem was an easily fixable one, and I am so grateful! Thank you, Arnie's! :)

I have used Arnie's for a number of years and have found the service (seasonal furnace checks) and installation (water heater years ago) people very courteous and have no complaints.
