We did do work at mr [redacted] house on 7/10/2014
we replaced 2 hose bibbs and we tried to auger the outdoor sidewalk drain but we could not cause we were going to damage our sewer equipment and we offered Mr [redacted] we could camera and see what...
the obstruction was and the customer refused. The kitchen sink he wanted puttied, clamped down and caulked. I offered a credit for a future service
call for the sink clips that were not completed.

I was told on the phone by [redacted] that if I refused to give him ALL of his money back then he would start reporting my company to a complaint site a day. Mr [redacted] wanted to have a free service and thats not what he got and now he is upset about it. There is no way that we are going to make this customer happy
