I was sorry and surprised to read of ***'s complaint*** *** is a supplier, and Arnitex acted as a NY area representative for ***'s product, a collection called ARCHIVE for a period of
month in 2012-
All large showroom display samples in our direct control were promptly returned to *** ***
*** *** is complaining about fabric swatches (typically 17"x17" or 27"x27") which the sales representatives use to show clients
It is unreasonable to expect all of these samples to be returned as they are often loaned to clients in the hope to generate sales
it is industry standard that these "road samples" are issued every season to the sales force and are not expected to be returnedThey are usually not accounted for and universally treated as consumable
We have retuned a large number of these small samplesFurthermore, it is our position that all efforts have been made and will continue to be made to return what samples we manage to get back from clients and representatives, as repeated numerous times to *** ***
Just last week additional samples were returned by a representative and were promplty sent back

Review: Arnitex broke the terms of their contract and has subsequently failed toreturn to us items that were consigned to them. I have made numerous attempts over a 2 month period to have my items returned or replacementcost paid. As of now only a very small portion has been returned. Arnitex owes me 94 road samples. These samples have a cost of $35.00each ( a total of $3290.00).Desired Settlement: I would like to have all of my consigned items returned or to be paid$3290.00 paid to me.
