Review: Upon taking a bite of the chicken they served (in dark lighting) I found myself chewing something hard. Thinking it was a bone, I spit it out and found a razor-blade like metal object about 1 inch by 1 inch in my hand. When I told the restaurant manager, he said "So?" THAT was his response to my almost having my throat and gums sliced open!Desired Settlement: I want my money back for my meal.

I am writing this letter inresponse to a complaint by a patron of our establishment named Suzanne Amato who attended the dinner theater show held in one of our private rooms. The restaurant does not sell tickets for this show nor do we assign seating for it We rent the room out to a private theater group who then charges customers to attend this show.

After [redacted] was shown where her assigned seat was she immediately complained that she did not want to sit there and demanded that we give her someone else's seat. We informed her that the restaurant does not assign the seats for customers attending the show and we could not give her a seat that someone else had already paid for.

After the dinner theater show was finished [redacted] claimed that she found a piece of metal in her food, but she never showed it to me or anyone from our staff. She claims that my :response to her after she told me of the piece of metal was "so" which is COMPLETELY FALSE! I immediately apologized to her and tried to be as accommodating as possible. I offered [redacted] and her friend an $80 bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon on the house, which they accepted. After [redacted] and her friend finished the bottle of wine they then ordered a round of ck-tails. When they were presented with a check for the cocktails, they then refused to pay for the cocktails and walked out.
