was an issue with us receiving it on time. We did deliver it on the 16th (business is providing proof-of-delivery documentation). When the consumer removed the TV from the packaging he found it was damaged. This is not due to us as there was no damage to the box noted when we picked it up or after we delivered it. The delivery did have damage and that would be addressed by either the manufacturer, [redacted], or the store that the television was purchased from.
