I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe fact remains that Arnoff Moving got to deliver my scooter on the second date they tried to get me to go go along with. It was supposed to have been delivered a week before I finally got it according to a woman in their customer service officeI told her the date she proposed was acceptable and I was simply waiting for a call the following Tuesday with that four-hour window. The mn that tried calling me a few days later didn't even wait TWO minutes for me to call him back before he declared that the delivery would be pushed back another weekArnoff's just using excuses. I have to give them credit for making an effort to spin this, but the fact remains that I am not responsible for that mess. I finally got the scooter, but I really needed it a week before as their first caller promisedShame on them
