Review: On July ** 2013, I hired Arnoff **ving & Storage for a local move from Wappingers Falls NY to Beacon NY. When I opened my door at my Wappingers Falls address, I noticed a group of [redacted] had being hired by Arnoff to do my move. These [redacted] were very aggressive towards my family and scared my children. These [redacted] were demanding an extra $500 in CASH; in top of the $4400 that I had paid directly to the company for the move and an additional $350 for insurance. After I refused to pay them, these [redacted] became very aggressive and decided not to complete the move at my Wappingers Falls address. When they arrived at my Beacon address, they purposely caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to the inside walls of my brand new house and damaged my driveway with their moving truck. I called the company on the very next day to complain and they sent a manager with another team to complete the move which ended up causing even more damage to the walls of the house. Then, after I had filed numerous claims with Arnoff **ving & Storage for the damages to my property, I received a letter from the company denying my claim due to a released form that had been forged with my initials by those [redacted] that Arnoff had hire, which stated that were no damages to my property. I HIGHLY SUGGEST FOR ANYONE READING THIS TO STAY AWAY FRO**ARNOFF **VING & STORAGE FOR YOUR **VE. THIS CO**ANY WILL PLAY YOU DIRTY AND RIP YOU OF!Desired Settlement: A full refund of my $4,363.50 and the extra $355 for the insurance.

We are in receipt of your letter dated November **, 2013 date stamped into our office November **, 2013 regarding [redacted] ID [redacted]. The customer references service issues and we respond accordingly.

Review: **. [redacted] states Arnoff sent "[redacted]" to move him and his family from Wappinger Falls, NY and Beacon, NY. Additionally, he stated that the "[redacted]" were very aggressive towards his family and that they scared his children and were demanding additional money. In addition, **. [redacted] states the Arnoff crew became very aggressive when he did not give them extra cash, that they did not complete the move, and purposely caused thousands of dollars' wo11h of damage to the inside walls of his new home and that the moving truck caused damage to his driveway.

Arnoff response: Arnoff takes these accusations very seriously. We interviewed our crew independently and they individually denied these allegations . Arnoff has a very regimented and strict hiring process which includes but is not limited

to drug screening, back ground checks, and reference verification. Arnoff employees are held to the highest standards and credentials through the contract we hold with the Department of Defense as well as being an agent for North American Van Lines. At no time did our crew or would our crew be in a position to ask for or speak of any additional money. That is the sole job of our salesman and their assistants.

The [redacted] family providing world-wide transportation service since 1924 As for the claimed damage, we are providing you with documentation (enclosed) signed by **. [redacted] affirming that Arnoff did not cause any damage at either origin or destination.

Review: **. [redacted] states that he filed multiple claims with Arnoff.

Arnoff response: The first notification of claim from **. [redacted] was on October **, 2013 (please see attached email). **. [redacted] looked to file a property claim nearly 3 yz months after his move.

Review: **. [redacted] states that Arnoff forged his initials on the paperwork.

Arnoff response: This is simply not hue. During our employee review, our men explicitly denied

this allegation and affirmed that **. [redacted] completed all of the paperwork himself. Please find the enclosed documents with matching initials and signatures from the day of the move as well as the claim form completed by **. [redacted]. Once you have reviewed this documentation, we believe you will agree that Arnoff did not forge any documents as claimed by **. [redacted].

When **. [redacted] received his denial from us, he emailed us (copy enclosed from October **, 2013 at 4:06pm) this allegation of forgery and stated he would file a police report regarding this incident. To date, Arnoff has not been contacted by any member of law enforcement regarding this alleged forgery.

As a federally regulated motor carrier, Arnoff relies on signed documentation to verify condition, care, custody, and control of items I property at origin when we pick up and destination when we deliver. Based on this information we find no responsibility on the part of our company with respect lo any claim for property damage or forged documents and firmly believe that we have provided the Revdex.com with the necessary back up to support this position. Arnoff moving & Storage committed the criminal act of forgery in their release and disclaimer form in order to avoid paying for the damages they did to my property during the offload. I never signed any documents releasing Arnoff moving & Storage from the their liability to the damages they did to my property, specially after the movers had terrorized my family because we wouldn't pay them an extra $500 in cash. The people that Arnoff moving & Storage hired to do my move were street [redacted] and I believe this company is a menace to the safety of the general public.
