Customer complained of a dip in her mattress. We inspected the unit at no charge and found it was sufficient to replace under Manufacturers warranty. We offered the same mattress or any similarly priced mattress at NO CHARGE to the customer. She was shown at least two other mattresses... priced similarly. She requested a more expensive mattress at no additional cost to her. She then requested a refund which we are not obligated to provide.The product is covered under a manufacturer's warranty for a pro rated period of ten years. Customers have purchased at least 58 identical mattresses from us with no unusual defective issues. Expenses for inspection, submission of request for replacement, transportation and return oi the defective unit are all borne by us and are not reimbursed by the manufacturer nor covered under warranty. The customer has the right to contact the manufacturer directly for satisfaction under their warranty. We are happy to assist in the service of that warranty. Patrick B., President
