Review: I paid $750 for car repairs in November. One was to change a burnt out headlight bulb in my 2012 chevrolet sonic. Other problems are that they said they replaced the water feed tube for the windshield wiper fluid AND replaced an electrical part for my rear defrost. Neither of them are now working! I spent six hours there too. They cracked the housing on my headlight. I want it fixed. I was told by the manager I WOULD HAVE to PAY. They also refused to do it on Saturday or gI've me a lone cAR which I am entitled to from the extended warranty. I purchased an extended warranty from them and they have barred me from going there every again. They told the Chevrolet complaints department I screamed and cursed at the. I certainly did NOT. I am getting nowhere with Chevrolet to help me. Please help. I have no defroster and the condensation will ruin my headlight.Desired Settlement: I want to go to another dealer to get the repairs done and have Arnold pay. I don't want to go there again. I just want to have a safe car.

Good Afternoon[redacted] brought her vehicle in and "requested" us to change both her Headlamp bulbs which we did. She also requested us to repair her windshield washers and repair the rear defroster.As per her request we replaced the bulbs repaired the windshield washer line that was broken leaking fluid and re soldered the connector that was broken off her rear window.She called a few days later stating there was moisture in her headlamps (which is very common due to condensation) and that she had no issue with that prior to coming in for service.She called back a few days later stating there was moisture in her headlights and she wanted to come in on a Saturday to have it repaired.We explained to [redacted] to please bring it in on a weekday as we needed to see what was going on and to bring it in during the week. She started getting loud and obnoxious and insistedshe had to come in on a Saturday. We again explained that we could not do it on a Saturday and again she became obnoxious and started cursing at our employee.[redacted] then called [redacted] our General Manager and explained what happened she again started being obnoxious and cursed at him At that point we informed her that we would no longer work on her car.We have been in business at Arnold Chevrolet Buick since 1988 in all that time we have had only 1 or 2 Revdex.com Claims in 28 years. We are a reputable company and stand behind what we sell or repair but we will not take verbal abuse from a customer.
