Called Arnold Heat and Air and they were very prompt coming out and servicing my ACOne of the servicemen though was very profaneCussed a lot, gripped about having to do thingsI live in a mobile home so the unit is behind a wallThe wall is taken down easily with the right screw-headHe was VERY mad that they had to remove this wallI do understand it is work that was not expected but he openly and profanely gripped about itIt was VERY unprofessional especially since I had children in my homeI can't say honestly if I would use this company again or not, that is why I gave a neutral reviewMy ac is working great but I was greatly offended by his professionalism
