The man and woman who run this water company are the rudest people in the worldThey are never niceCustomers have no control either because we are forced to use this water company because of where we liveThey have the worst costumer service and are just mean to everyoneI have never been treated this bad by anyone
I have been dealing with this company since march Since the first day I entered this place these people have had the worst customer service possible! They are rude for no apparent reasonI asked to speak with someoe over them and they said there is no one above themI dread paying my bill every month becuse I don't wantto deal with them
100% the worst customer service you could every receive. It could be the most beautiful day and the women at the desk will be the most crude,rude, and just down right mean. It does not matter, if you pay your bill on time, or if you have no problems with your water, you will still be treated as if you are below her. There needs to be different people that run such a major utility everyone has to have. It's a shame to be treated in such ways.
The customer service is horrible. I don't live in that area, however it is my designated voting location. Not to mention, I have only lived in the pine belt for almost four months. I walk inside where I clearly see very causal dressed males and females gathered... what I assumed were voters. As soon as I walk though the door I "say good evening", no one replied but if looks could kill.No one ask of the maybe 10+ inside the unkeep Arnold water [redacted], may I help you? Although, the older male shouts you can't be in here. Mind you it's around 6 pm all lights on and door is open, oh and more people are walking in and out.I simply reply I like to vote. Now if this was a meeting for water [redacted] I'm sure so called management was present. I can honestly say rude and very unprofessional. Im so thanful that I don't have to business with this company.
