I have attached the cover sheet fax information pages to the three wound clinics that the patient was referred toWhen a patient needs to be referred to a specialty doctor or clinic they are required to see their PCP doctorOnce they have had a face to face with the doctor they are handed a prescription slip to be given to the front office receptionistThe receptionist then collects patient's demographicsShe then puts the office visit notes along with the referral slip and all information needed to process the referralReferrals are then faxed to the specialist for processingOnce processed the specialty office then reaches out to the patient to schedule appointmentIf for any reason they cannot be seen we are then contacted by the office and we repeat the processWe do not schedule appointments for patients because we have no access to scheduling for the specialty offices that we utilizeIf you have any question you call the office.Thank you [redacted] **
I am rejecting this response because: Nobody from your office ever contactacted me to let me know of the delay with the wound clinic.I made at least phone calls to your clinic without any responseI left numerous voice mails without any responseMultiple times your office would not answer the phone during business hoursI was left suffering for a month without medication and still have not gotten a referral to the wound clinicYour staff is the worst I have ever encountered in the medical fieldVery unprofessionalI was told the voice mail goes directly to the doctor.Well doctor, you never had the courtesy to respond to my concerns
Dear Revdex.com,I am writing this letter in response to a complaint that was submitted to your business on 11/14/and assigned an ID of ***.We have had the pleasure to serve the member on two different occasions within a week spanIn that week the front office staff has been
working hard to please the demands of our new memberWe reached out to his pharmacy and verified that all his medications were filled and ready for pick upWe have also reached out to multiple offices to find him a specialist who fit he needsThe first wound clinic denied his insurance, second clinic denied insurance as wellAfter the second denial I called insurance for assistance on patents careI was then directed to send the third request to La Selle wound clinicThe member is covered by an insurance plan that is limited to where he can be seenThe member reached out to our office on multiple occasions and has degraded our staff by calling them names not only over the phone but online as well.Thank you,*** *** M.D.&Front Office Staff
I am rejecting this response because: Nobody from Ceres Medical Associates ever contacted me until I filed the complaint with Revdex.com.Only then did the doctor call to apologize after my second complaintHe defended his awful staff and said he would talk to themI suffered for weeks so considering legal action. When I told the doctor of several bad reviews on his website he said he was not computer literate so was unaware
I have attached the cover sheet fax information pages to the three wound clinics that the patient was referred to. When a patient needs to be referred to a specialty doctor or clinic they are required to see their PCP doctor. Once they have had a face to face with the doctor they are handed a prescription slip to be given to the front office receptionist. The receptionist then collects patient's demographics. She then puts the office visit notes along with the referral slip and all information needed to process the referral. Referrals are then faxed to the specialist for processing. Once processed the specialty office then reaches out to the patient to schedule appointment. If for any reason they cannot be seen we are then contacted by the office and we repeat the process. We do not schedule appointments for patients because we have no access to scheduling for the specialty offices that we utilize. If you have any question you call the office.Thank you[redacted]
