I have spoken to this customer several times and there is just no working with himHe first called and said there was over spray on his toilet, we sent a Tech out to clean the toilet which would take maybe min and the customer flat out refused to allow the tech into his home to clean the toilet I then sent out a senior tech and he also came back with the same story, customer refused to allow him to clean the toilet and refused the tech to even enter the home with out bags on his shoes.While my senior tech was there the customer also complained about the tub not being shiny any loner, my tech told the customer it was soap sm and the tub just needed to be cleanedThe customer wanted to argue about it and so my tech offered to clean the tub for him and the customer refused, said he didn't want any chemicals in his houseMy tech also stated that the customer was very aggressive towards him and asked if he wanted to handle up on a issue like a manMy tech declined to "solve the issue like a man" and informed me that the customer will not be happy till the toilet is replacedHe stated that he does not want chemicals in his home, I tried explaining to the customer that its the only way to clean the over spray offAfter him yelling and screaming at my office staff and treating that we either do what he wants or he will call a higher authority, we offered to purchase him a new toilet, we would buy it and have it installed and take the old one, he didn't accept that, he wanted the money for a new oneI felt we were already going above and beyond by offering to buy a new one considering he would not allow the tech to come and clean itThis customer has gotten in both techs faces and asked to fight at one pointHe has called my office and cussed out and called my staff names, he says the techs are disrespectful by coming to his house smelling like chemicals on their clothingHe says he cant be around chemicals, I tried explaining tot he customer that him calling to have his tub reglazed be it from us or another company would require chemicalsNow the customer calls here daily fussing and threatening usWe have tried several times to resolve this issue and the customer is just refusing to allow is to do anything for himHe just called me again as I was writing this letter and said he wants to know where his check is, I told him that I never agreed to send him a checkI will replace the toilet and come and clean the tub and hes not happy with thatHe then started ti yell at me and tell me hes calling the attorney general

Southern Refinishing does not warranty sinks, we never have because of the nature of their use We did go back out and try for a second time to repair the sink as a courtesy to the customerWe tried explaining to the customer that its not the sink that is rusting but the drain ringWhen I
told this to the customer she said we should have told her that from jump but there is no way of knowing its from the drain until after its refinised It's a rust ring stain and it can be cleaned times and it will come back every time until the drain is replaced which we do not do plumingI even went as far as telling her I have the same issue with my sink which I to need to call a plumber and have my drain replaced but just haven't gotten around to itIf the customer wants to have the drain replaced we would be more than happy to come out and clean/ reglaze the sink for her before the new drain is put in placeThere just is not much we can do about this situationWe do not warranty sinks, never did but always try to come out with in a reasonable time at no charge if there is an issue, which we did
