I am hearing about this. I am aware of the situation with this customer and we had some delays from our manufacture on the products that they ordered and we have kept in touch with them the whole time. There were multiple products ordered so some of them have been delivered and others have been on...
backorder. We are working diligently to get the products in and get them shipped to the customer.We sometimes have problems like this but we always make sure that the customers have everything they ordered in the end and are satisfied.
