Review: This has got to be the worst place in Ellensburg to buy shoes. I just wanted to buy some shoes and the sales rep harassed me like I absolutely had to buy them and after the coercion she made the impression that it was because she thought they were good shoes not that she was eager to make a sale. After trying them on at home they are the absolute worst shoes I have ever worn. I tried to take them back but "Now suddenly they have a no return policy!" It was not on the receipt and it was not on any signs so I assumed the 30 day return policy was applied like everywhere else. After being told something about calling a manufacturer I was told no refund. I was about to throw those boots right at her head for scamming me but hopefully after reading this less people will go there and she will find other employment other than being a scam artist or she will have a sales pitch to go with her fake earrings.Desired Settlement: A full refund.

It has been brought to our attention that you are clearly dissatisfied with your purchase of shoes at Arnold's Ranch & Home on 9/10/13.
On 9/17/13 you came in at 7am and spoke to a sales representative at our store indicating that the boots gave you blisters after wearing them outside for a few days and you requested a refund. You were denied a refund by our sales staff because you had no box or shoe tags and the boots were clearly dirty due to being warn outside. It would not be possible for us to re-sell these boots after you had worn them.
Although our sales staff followed our store rules for returns, which are clearly posted in our store informing customers of our return policy, we, the store owners have chosen to allow you to return the boots for a full refund to your visa card. Please bring in the boots at your convenience and we will refund your visa card ending in 0006. Attached please find copies of the signs which are posted in our store. Please take this into consideration before making future purchases.
