will state a few basic thingsMrs*** had burrows under her rear deck and her sidewalk at rear of homeWe trapped all the time she had activity and even gave her extra timeThe fact that she states we told her that the raccoon we trapped was not her problem is totally untrueOur technician told her that the raccoon we caught could definitely be what was getting under her deck and since she still insisted we made her sign the service ticket that day stated that SHE requested thisWe performed everything per our agreement she signed up for on the Nuisance Wildlife agreement which she does not have a problem withShe also signed up for a repair to screen off her deck to prevent any future animals going underMrs*** put a down payment of *** for the repairThis agreement specifically states "No Refunds"When she decided to cancel the repair agreement after she had someone do something else by her deck we informed her there is no refunds for the down payment and we offered other options to redeem the *** At that time she refused and opened a dispute on her credit card which they denied herAgain we offered Mrs*** a general pest control treatment at her home, a possible credit for any future service, or even an extended guarantee of trappingAs of right now, since she has refused to respond, she still has a credit on her account that can be used for any future service

The trapping charge is not in disputeThe repair was cancelled and I requested the *** down payment returned because I did not want to spend any more money on this projectAs is visible at this time the screening repair was not done by anyone elseI do not know why they insist that I hired someone else to screen off the deckEven though I signed a contract for the repair I cancelled that part of the agreement and request the down payment of *** returned since the company did nothing to earn this down paymentI do not need a credit as an alternative to cash
