To whom it may concern;-We did have an interaction with a patient stating all of hermedications were filled incorrectlyOur pharmacist talked withher yesterday for over 1/hourNO medications were filled inerrorOne medication had to be ordered in for the next day atnoon, as we were out of stockWhen medications were pickedup, patient was counseled at length by pharmacistPharmacistalso talked with patient about all the problems patient was havingand pharmacist states all were solvedPatient was unhappy thatpharmacy did not return her phone call in a prompt manner andthat the pharmacy was out of a medicationOne phone call waslost on our phone systemWe returned all of her calls but one.The medication was brought into pharmacy as fast as possible.We do take our patients health seriouslyNo one hung up on her.She may talk to anyone in the pharmacy if she callsI believe thisis straightened out, but pharmacy will call patient again, if patientso desiresOnly one phone call was missed, our apologies to that.We were not aware patient wanted called backWe take our jobvery seriously and will return any and all calls from parents abouttheir children's medicationsNo medications were filled in error,this was confirmed with patient yesterday 12/19/by ourpharmacist, [redacted] She counseled the patient at lengthwhen the medications were picked up and thought patientunderstood the medications thoroughlyOur pharmacistapologized to the patient for any misunderstandings and listenedand answered all of her questions
