stock. When medications were pickedup, patient was counseled at length by pharmacist. Pharmacistalso talked with patient about all the problems patient was havingand pharmacist states all were solved. Patient was unhappy thatpharmacy did not return her phone call in a prompt manner andthat the pharmacy was out of a medication. One phone call waslost on our phone system. We returned all of her calls but one.The medication was brought into pharmacy as fast as possible.We do take our patients health seriously. No one hung up on her.She may talk to anyone in the pharmacy if she calls. I believe thisis straightened out, but pharmacy will call patient again, if patientso desires. Only one phone call was missed, our apologies to that.We were not aware patient wanted called back. We take our jobvery seriously and will return any and all calls from parents abouttheir children's medications.
