ARO Appliance Repair Inc

ARO has not followed through with their agreement to repair our oven under a warranty purchased when we bought our home They haven't returned phone calls, have an on-call system that doesn't accept messages, and don't have anyone who actually answers the phone I believe they may be part of a scam affiliated with American Home Shield

ARO Appliance was contracted by *** *** *** to do a "recall" visit on my dishwasher They were 1st here on 07/31/and didn't fix my problem On 09/05/they received a "dispatch" email from *** *** *** to contact me within hours to schedule the recall visit I never received contact from the On 09/14/*** *** *** called them directly and they didn't want to do the service and asked that it be "transferred" I was told over the phone by the receptionist at ARO that they wouldn't come back out as they had not been paid My contract with *** *** *** requires that I pay the technician $at time of service, which I did and I have the cancelled check as proof of payment I asked to speak to a Manager and was told the Manager was not available but *** would call me by 5:pm on 09/15/ As of this writing 09/20/I have not received a phone call from ARO Appliance Also, I submitted a prior complaint about this company with Revdex.com
