ARO Appliance was contracted by [redacted] to do a "recall" visit on my dishwasher They were 1st here on 07/31/and didn't fix my problem On 09/05/they received a "dispatch" email from [redacted] to contact me within hours to schedule the recall visit I never received contact from the On 09/14/ [redacted] called them directly and they didn't want to do the service and asked that it be "transferred" I was told over the phone by the receptionist at ARO that they wouldn't come back out as they had not been paid My contract with [redacted] requires that I pay the technician $at time of service, which I did and I have the cancelled check as proof of payment I asked to speak to a Manager and was told the Manager was not available but [redacted] would call me by 5:pm on 09/15/ As of this writing 09/20/I have not received a phone call from ARO Appliance Also, I submitted a prior complaint about this company with Revdex.com
