Vehicle has a failed transmission Vehicle currently has 119,miles, has been driven 23,miles since purchased by customer, 12,miles since previous transmission repair in July of Customer was informed (at the time that the dealership was made aware of the problem) that the repair would be done at no cost to the customer Additionally, a loaner vehicle has been provided (as it was during previous repair)

[redacted] I spoke with [redacted] from the [redacted] tax department again today and he had indicated that he spoke with you this morning to confirm what the email from our [redacted] rep said was accurate. [redacted] is waiting to hear from the town of [redacted] as soon as they have that confirmation they... will put in writing that you no longer owe taxes to them. We all remain patient. Very confused on this complaint.Mrand Mrs*** picked up their vehicle on Sep.18th.*** of *** put a motor in the car and gave the *** an extended warranty for months or 6,miles. Please call with any questions thank you Joe

Vehicle has a failed transmission.  Vehicle currently has 119,404 miles, has been driven 23,821 miles since purchased by customer, 12,748 miles since previous transmission repair in July of 2014.
