Review: I placed an order from Aroma-center on 8/**/15, it showed on my credit card statement that the order was charged on the same day. I have made several attempts both by phone and email to check the status of my order and I have not been able to get a reply. When I log in on their website it doesn't show my order in the order history section. On their website when you place an order it states that U.S. Orders are delivered within 2-5 business days from when order is received. It is now 8/**/15 and I still have not received the order and I still have not received a reply to my many emails and messages.Desired Settlement: If the order has shipped the company should email me the tracking number A.S.A.P. If the order has not shipped the company should explain why it hasn't shipped when their policies state that I should have received the order.
