We had responded to the complaint of the customer back at the time she initially contacted usWe had requested additional information that she did not provide in the form of a video showing the issue of the diffuser, or we would have it returned for testingUpon receiving this complain we reviewed
the messages we found we were the last one to reach out to the customerAt this time we have once again initiated contact with the customer and have resolved her complaintWe would like to have this complaint removed as the issue has been taken care of

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI reading the businesses message, I find it full of untruths, I reached out to them on several occasions, asking for the email to send a video to the appropriate person, Wade who I was dealing with, never provided itThey also were not the last one's to reach out to me, I sent the last message to them again asking for the appropriate email to send a video toWhy does this company just not take responsibility instead of throwing it back at meI have every email I sentThe company finally did replace the faulty diffuser, I received it Friday March 17thI tested it over the weekend and it appears that it will work as it's supposed toSo this actually does resolve the complaint, but their untruths about contacting me are completely falseThey emailed me Friday morning asking me to resolve this complaint before I had even gotten the replacement diffuser, which I had said that I would, as soon as I got it, then I get this message stating they tried reaching out to me, etc to resolve it and were the last to make contactGuess they don't realize that received emails can be kept in a file to prove when received, I was the one who made last contact asking for the appropriate email and was ignored, hence I filed a Revdex.com complaint

arrived at my desk and I brought up the trackingThis, however, is no excuse for the lack of follow-throughI, as one of the owners here, sincerely apologize for the bad taste we have left for you and our companyIt was very upsetting for me to see those emails had gone un-addressedThat is not how we conduct business. And I will address this issue with the Aroma2Go customer service team personally. I did process a refund for the transaction which will be forwarded to *** ***. Thank you for taking the time to get back to meIf you decide you would like to order in the future please contact me directly at ***@***.comI handle their customer service and we carry the same diffusersI'll be happy to offer you a nice discount on a future purchaseAnd I can assure you will not have the same issues.
