I have attached a copy of the order confirmation This order confirmation is also emailed to the customer once they submit the order onlineThis is the item we sent to ***.In the email [redacted] sent to us it stated she ordered a bag that was the same price as one her friend purchased at convention First, we have several bags that are the same price, and second we had convention pricing for the month of SeptemberWe do have bags that are similar but the product number is different and the description on them describes the number of oils the bag will carry and how many compartments it has I have attached the picture and description of the bag [redacted] orderedI have also attached a copy of the email thread between us and [redacted] and what our return policy is, which is stated online and at the bottom of each Sales OrderThe $shipping charge was for her entire order The bag could be sent SurePost for approximately $ Since the bag we sent was the bag that was ordered, it would be ***'s responsibility to send it back to us, pay the difference of the bags, and then the shipping charge to send out the bag she wants to exchange forAt AromaTools if we send an incorrect item we send our customer postage to return the incorrect item and we pay to send out the correct item to them On this order we actually sent the customer exactly what they ordered We feel we provided a complete description on this product.Please let me know if there is anything else we can provide to you Denise Customer Service Manager

I feel that the picture that is attached to the item is NOT sufficeFrom a mac computer, I was not able to see it, AND even from a windows computer, it only shows the product from the outsideI am attaching pictures of what you have listed. $+ $plus whatever it cost to ship the new bag- thats over $just in shipping!! Might I add, that I had to purchase over $dollars to get $off shipping? That means that it was originally $24! I actually asked two friends to order so we could get the discountSo now, after I brought your company more business, you want me to pay even more and not willing to even work with meHow do you expect to retain customers? Your shipping costs and policy is insane. Attached is the only picture you have of the bagYou can only see if from the outside.*** Complaint: ***

I ordered a bag and asked to exchange for another (I would pay the difference) they want to charge me to ship back and the new one fourthI think this is totally unfair considering I could not see the graphic on my mac laptop and even from a windows computer, there is only one picture of the bagI also paid $shipping on the first order so if I were to pay shipping again round trip, it would cost more then the bag cost

We do have 2 bags that are similar but the product number is different and the description on them describes the number of oils the bag will carry and how many compartments it has.  I have attached the picture and description of the bag [redacted] ordered. I have also attached a copy of the email thread between us and [redacted] and what our return policy is, which is stated online and at the bottom of each Sales Order. The $14.00 shipping charge was for her entire order.  The bag could be sent SurePost for approximately $6.00.  Since the bag we sent was the bag that was ordered, it would be [redacted]'s responsibility to send it back to us, pay the difference of the 2 bags, and then the shipping charge to send out the bag she wants to exchange for. At AromaTools if we send an incorrect item we send our customer postage to return the incorrect item and we pay to send out the correct item to them.  On this order we actually sent the customer exactly what they ordered.   We feel we provided a complete description on this product.Please let me know if there is anything else we can provide to you.    Denise Customer Service Manager

[redacted] would just need to call customer service at 866-728-0070 and obtain an RMA#. She would also need to pay the difference of the bags which would be $5.50. [redacted] mentioned she ordered the bag according to the price someone else paid for a bag. We did send her the bag she ordered and an order confirmation before we sent the order. This was attached to the previous response.She also mentioned that she had to order $100.00 to receive the $10.00.
