Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I filed a complain and nothing was done. I didn`t know there`s anything I have to do after Aromax give their statement of Revdex.com. I thought they going to try and make things right but not. I am very disappointed. This is a sixteen year old boy buying his first car and these people allow to be scamming vulnerable people out there. I have sent Revdex.com all the documents they gave me and the commitment they gave us before we bought the car
I hope somebody stop these scammers before they get someone else

Dear Attorney General of Washington:On December 23, at 4:05pm *** *** *** and his father *** came to our lot
and showed interest in a Chrysler Sebring
A Dealer's permit for demonstration was filled and given to *** along with the
dealers'plate, and they went out our door.After about min selling agent went out to see if they had came back from the testdrive unaware if they had test drove it or not selling agent offered to give them apersonal demonstration of the vehicle, selling agent took them on a test drive.After the personal demonstration, *** and his father came in to the office andhad decided to purchase the vehicle.Mrs*** arrived around 5pm and price negotiation came to a total discount off of theticket price of $485.00.We couldn't have stressed enough that the vehicle was being sold 'as is' as it reflects inall the paperwork.Both *** and Ms*** agreed and signed to this condition.On January 11, Mr*** came in to pick up the car plates; he mentioned that the carhad 'broken down' and that they had 'bad luck'.A few days later Ms*** came in and calmly waited her turn to be called, sheexpressed that the car needed repairs and that they had bought $in parts and ifthere was anything we could do.On the 27th Ms*** came in and a goodwill check for $was made out to her tohelp her with the repairs.Mrs*** came in on another occasions she was flustered and loud and stated thatMike the mechanic she chose at Garage Plus in Spanaway wanted to charge her $900for labor to repair the water pump, and that she had already taken the car to variousmechanicsShe mentioned that if we didn't work with her she was going to contact anattorney to take us to court because we had sold her a Lemon carRegardless of herstatement, we calmly spoke with her and asked if we could refer her and for permissionto give her number to a mechanic that we trust and know and that we would cover thetow to his shop, she agreed.Dealership owner called Mrs*** and offered an additional $for needed repairof water pumpShe refused the $and said that all she wanted was a new car.Mrs*** came in on February 2nd with the auto in question, was very loud and hostileand threatening as she walked in through the waiting room, she proceeded to throw thekey towards sales manHer husband came in behind her and sat down to discuss thesituation calmly with salesman and instructed her to calm down and let him speakShewalked out.Salesman explained to the husband that the car was sold as is and that we helpedtowards the repair by refunding her $300, he seemed unaware of this, Mrs*** walkedback in the building, they argued and then left, leaving behind the car.On February 3rd we contacted the Lakewood Police Department to report the previousnight's incident and to seek advice, we sent her a USPS registered letter instructing herto remove her vehicle and offering help within reason.On February 3rd *** came to the dealership, we handed him the key and he drove offwith the car.On February 18, Mrs*** filed a complaint id #*** with Revdex.com.On February 22nd Ms*** filed a Small Claim number *** with the PierceCounty District Court Civil Department.We don't trust Ms***, her intent to disregard all agreements and signeddocumentation even after our considerations is beyond taking advantage of ourbusinessThis has caused stress and waste of time and money for our business.Sincerely;Anal I A***Jose G M***Aromax Auto Sales Staff
