To whom it may concern, [redacted] came in to cancel on july *,we pulled up her contract and told her of the procedure.On her contract(whitch is from the retro fitness in freeport where she signed up) it states written cancelation so when we started to wright up her cancelation and was infourmed she is responsable for the payments for the next days she became extreamly irate and started to make a scene and said she will not pay anything and grabed the unfinished reciept out of employees hands and stormed out saying I'm calling Revdex.comI enclosed a copy of the contract she signed at the retro fitness in freeport and her check insAny future complints should be adrressed to retro fitness of freeport or retro fitness corprate as we were just following proper procedure.Thanks Retro Fitness Hewlett

The business, aside from being very rude, failed to retain and process my paperwork to cancel my membership due to medical circumstances I am, and have been out of the country for several years and am unableto re-submit paperwork, which the business already had but apparently never acknowledged, or very obviouslymisplaced They FID, however, acknowledge that I was not checked in ANY time after the date of surgery It is NOT my responsibility to "follow up" on a business when I complied with their cancellation process initially I need this removed frommy credit report immediately

*** ***"s husband came in to cancel her membership a few weeks back(not for months!) In the contract it says thirty day written notice to cancel.We gave him the forum to sign and they are required to pay remaining balance of those thirty daysHe then got very nasty and said he will not pay
anything! We tried explaining but just got loud and nasty and said he was calling a lawyer and stormed outNow I'm receiving BB complaints.his claims are not accurate and he is not telling the truth

Once again,I live 2,miles away for the last several years since my surgery I stated this MANY times and am UNABLE to RESUBMIT a copyletter at this time, as I do not have past paperwork for my surgery with me,as I didn't think it was necessary and trusted the business would imply I believe I stated that I would NOT be back to the states till at least june or July of and cannot understand why I need to resubmit this in the first place when I had followed the original instructions of your front desk staff and personally handed the envelope with the doctors not and cancellation request to the evening attendant You can easily check to see that I had not used the facilities ANY time after I don't believe I needto suffer consequences and use my internet time, which is costly here, to follow up with a business who claims to be "reputable" yetcant keep track of their own paperwork

I am unable to accept this responseI believe that my complaint has not been taken serious considering the way in which it has been answeredThe obvious grammatical errors indicate the level of professionalismAgain, there were multiple thefts at this gym and members were not notifiedI can not attend a gym in which I am not safeAlso, I have moved out of stateI now reside in Florida and will provide a copy of my identification card with this addressMy membership has expired and I was promised months of free membershipI can also provide proof of thisAlthough, I signed up at another location my membership has been transferred to the Hewlett location since this is the gym I attended the mostI was not provided with a copy of this gyms contract terms at the time of enrollment, however I was told verbally that the membership would be cancelled if I provided proof of address change.

Hi Revdex.com,sue called the other day and my front desk staff answered the phone. she was explainging that her account was in collections and she canceled a long time ago.She must of been calling from far away as her phone kept disconnecting. She called back and I took the call. She prosseded to tell me...

she canceled her membership.She was only Three months into her year contract at the time she stoped her credit card. When someone is delincwint ABC financial calls the member for three months to let them know. All calls are recorded about after a month of calling she finnaly picked up and said she was busy and would call back. so she knew at that time her account was delincent and continued to ingnore calls for two more months. After that time accounts go into collections. She Claims she canceled her account I tried to explain to her everyone must fill out a cancelation fourm,custermer gets one copy and we keep one copy and it gets scaned in under her account. We do not have any paper work or notes on her account. During this time we got disconnected twice and she calls back, I never hung up on her or raised my voice,She just keeps telling one lie after another.If she cnacled she would have her reciept of cancelation. She was yelling at me and was very irrate. Retro FitnessTell us why here...
