Poor management and untrained guards We pay for an armed guard They send repeatedly a gentleman that sits even though he was told otherwise He reads books, watches videos on his cell phone, leaves his post to charge his phone, and disappears outside for over hour during his shift It's only a hour shift Is it difficult to just pay attention for hours when it's your one job? Repeated complaints to management fall on deaf ears They send guards on days we don't need them They promise certain guards will not return and they do We ask for in person meetings with management and they never respond to us I have never dealt with a company that cared less in my life

He reads books, watches videos on his cell phone, leaves his post to charge his phone, and disappears outside for over 1 hour during his shift. It's only a 4 hour shift. Is it difficult to just pay attention for 4 hours when it's your one job? Repeated complaints to management fall on deaf ears. They send guards on days we don't need them. They promise certain guards will not return and they do. We ask for in person meetings with management and they never respond to us. I have never dealt with a company that cared less in my life.
