We have tried to contact you by phone to discuss this matterWe have returned phone calls to [redacted] and we have also returned her $to her by checkWe have a check number and as soon as it clears we will send you the prof that she had her refundWe personally dropped it in her door way at her address and left her a message stating it's thereShe never returned our calls and didn't want Don to call her to discuss anything because I have her voice messagePlease let me know if there's anything you need from us because we don't want our business name ruinedAs I stated she was refunded and personally dropped off because mail would take to longThank you,Don (Dgm Installations )

In response to complaint, we where waiting for vendor to return deposit for the two windows that *** *** had ordered with us, I went to *** *** house twice and left our card for her to call us and we did not get a returned callI also called and left a message with no return call
backI sent an email explaining my disgustion with vendor and that we would return deposit to her,*** *** states she recieved emailBut never responded back to me at that time either,We just received deposit back on 7/24/but my Wife and I left for vacation to Florida and will be back on 8/3/we will deposit check immediately and send *** *** a check out on 8/3/for $2000.00 We have never had this type of problem with any vendor and fully apologize for any inconvenience this has caused **& *** ***Please don't hesitate to call me at *** at any timeThank youDon M***DGM installations, inc.*** *** ***Bensalem, pa ***###-###-####
