The prices had changed and we had not been able to get the web-host to update the website yet - the lady was very argumentative and felt it was best to ask her to leave or was going to call the police
">I am rejecting this response because: I in no way threatened or raised my voice to anyone present I stated that I would like the long time posted prices to be honoredThe owner, Aron began shouting at me in front of all his customers and stated he didn't care about what was legal I calmly told him I was reporting his business and he continued shouting stating no matter what I was not getting the advertised pricesI in no way threatened or shoutedI stated my legal standpoint on his posted pricesBusinesses in the United States of America are legally required to honor advertised and posted pricesThat is the federal lawAny business not doing so is subject to federal regulationIf this issue is not resolved I will pursue this action further by filing a complaint with the federal governmentThis is a violation of the law and I will not be treated as a second class citizen along with all the other American citizens that are being taken advantage of by this businessThis issues must be resolved according to federal regulation.
