We have tried to contact you by phone to discuss this matter. We have returned phone calls to [redacted] and we have also returned her $2000.00 to her by check. We have a check number and as soon as it clears we will send you the prof that she had her refund. We personally dropped it in her door way at her address and left her a message stating it's there. She never returned our calls and didn't want Don to call her to discuss anything because I have her voice message. Please let me know if there's anything you need from us because we don't want our business name ruined. As I stated she was refunded and personally dropped off because mail would take to long.
