Review: I went to fix my [redacted] 3 screen. When I went there the man told me it would be 70.00 to fix. I was happy excited, and gave him my phone. My phone worked well before coming here. I just needed the screen fixed since it was cracked on the corner. When he gave me my phone back it was not working correctly. The screen that they put on my phone was plastic and coming off already. The screen does not work on my phone. I went back to the store and asked them to fix it or please give me my money back. The owner told me he didn't do it and for me to speak to the guy who did. I told him that I was a customer and therefore he should be able to fix it. He yelled at me and told me he wasn't fixing anything and for me to do whatever I have to do. I then made a police report with the [redacted] Police district and an incident report for the mall. They are theives giving false products.Desired Settlement: I left with a broken phone. I just want my money back so that I can get it fixed and get it working like it was before I went to this place.
