Review: This company does not return phone calls and they loose track of payments given to them. I have a crack in my granite counter tops, that were installed less than a year ago. After many phone calls in reference to the crack they never get back to me. I have talked to the owner and his wife. The owner was out to look at the crack, but no one returns my calls to let me know what the plan is to fix it. They don't even seem to know what kind of a warranty I have on the countertops.I was told I could use my portable dishwasher as a built in dishwasher. I had a cabinet made for the dishwasher and it was disassembled and installed. But the bottom part was removed so I have a big hole at the bottom of my dishwasher. If I had been told it would not work as a built in dishwasher I would have sold it and bought a new one. Now I can't sell it, because it is stripped. I have been dealing with this business for over a year and have pages and pages of complaints but there is not enough room on this page to list them all.Desired Settlement: Replace or fix the granite counter topsFigure out what to do with the dishwasher
