Friday night my mom (years old) air conditioner stopped running It was degrees inside her place and it was after pm We called companies, didn't take new customers after hours- even thou we(her children) had been a customer for years Only called back and this company- Around the clock- was one of them and said he would be right out if she still need him! WAY to go for great customer service! ***
