My husband and I noticed that our hot water tank was leaking and as this was our first experience with a hot water tank leaking, we assumed we needed to call the company posted on the hot water tank, as it was still under warrantyThe company was called Goodsense Plumbing My husband called around 9:30am and approximately two hours later a man from the company arrived at our homeHe was in our home for roughly an hour and minsI had to leave and go to work, my husband called me once *** left to let me know the bill was almost $*** I called the company to inquire about how much they chargeI ended up speaking with ***I was unable to get a clear indication of the cost of this service, so I identified myself as the customer who received service that week***'s approach to customer service was argumentativeAt this time my only intention was to find out why the cost was so highI now understand we were billed from the time my husband called to well after they left our homeI was told this was because we live in *** and he had to drive out when the shop is in town *** also stated they they had to go downstairs and move a washer/dryer which added to the timeIn addition, my husband offered to help and did help move the washer/dryer*** stated then that we were charged for five hours of time and he would be willing to take an hour off to make us happy*** confirmed that his employee had charged us for hours of time not So he stated 'to be fair' he would take off a half hour not an hourIn the end, *** hung up on me I phoned my husband in tears after my second conversation with ***When my husband called *** he was met with the same confrontational, argumentative personHe too was unable to get a word in until he yelled asking to be heardI will never make the mistake of using this company again and I will let people know about my experience and to not use this company
