Great communication from start to finish Very professional, fair pricing and quality products

Thanks Urbach Roofing, Inc. for a beautiful roof and a job well done!
I interviewed four contractors receiving estimates from each over a two month period of time prior to selecting Urbach Roofing, Inc. Urbach Roofing's detailed estimate was superior to the other estimates I received. Not only did it include options for product type it included ventilation, underlayment, solar tube, warranty upgrade, and finance options. It also included his Certificate of Liability Insurance and their State of Ca. Contractors License. No other contractor came close to this estimate. I then met with Mr. Urbach and we had a lengthy conversation covering all aspects of the job. He never pressured me or tried to steer me to a more expensive product. His office staff, roof removal crew, and roofers were always prompt, courteous, and very professional. My roof was completed on schedule and looks great. Urbach Roofing gave me the information I needed to make my home improvement investment decision with ease and confidence. I highly recommend and have recommended Urbach Roofing to my friends and neighbors.
PS. the only criticism is, that I have found several nails (~30) left behind in my yard. The clean up could have been more meticulous. However, I did have three layers of roof to be removed......that's a lot of nails to clean up!

I was quoted $1500 to pack and move my 5 bedroom home. When I asked the representative if this was the correct price for packing and moving. I was told yes. When the movers arrived a day late due to "truck problems". The movers truck was too small for a 5 bedroom home they told us there "boss" said it was only 3 bedrooms even though the invoice said 5. Then we find out the price quoted was incorrect and we had to pay more. They also didn't have enough boxes so we had to go get some ourselves. After the truck was packed we realized that a lot was still left behind. So the movers told us the company would send out another crew to get the rest of our possessions since the office was now closed. The next day we are told by the owner he needs us to pay something towards the additional pickup that they messed up on. At this point I'm locked in and have no choice but to pay the extra $1000 the asked for. So they come the next day and still take only half of what was left stating we were over our max weight which was never established due to the incompetence of Around the clocks employee, although now I realize its a scam that the whole company is in on. So now some more of our stuff is going to catch up with our original pick-up but I still have a house with a lot of belongings in it. Which I end up having to give away. We asked when we can expect our stuff and nobody can give us a date. It arrived 3 weeks later on the day it was supposed to be here they moved it to the next day due to "truck problems". When they arrive I am asked to pay the remaining balance that they made up and is not on my invoice that says zero remaining balance, before I can get and even inspect my belongings. So after a long battle with these shysters I am forced to pay 1000k in cash and one by check. After all that I still had to wait an hour for the movers to hire some bums from Craigslist to help unload. When they opened the truck my stuff was crammed in. Stuff fell out as they opened the door. I have many pictures of the broken furniture and boxes on the ground grim the pot packing they did. Now the movers have unloaded everything its time to assemble but the Craigslist helpers bail after the extenuating work leaving only the driver to assemble alone. My wife and I end up having to help assemble the beds to hurry and get rid of these clowns. Now I think everything is over until I realized my ottoman was broke, huge chunks of wood were broken off my bed and dressers, coats were missing and I'm sure my Xbox one was stolen by the first set of movers they sent. I was distracted dealing with the company over the phone I wasn't able to watch the shysters rob me. Apparently they worked some arrangement about reimbursement and were suppose to send a check but of course we never received it. They asked us to take a review down which I did but after a month of waiting I reposted it. This company should be investigated and shut down. My experience was all apart of around the clocks scam. All the employees know what's going on and have a roll to play. Unfortunately I fell victim to this as I'm a disabled veteran whose mind doesn't work as well as others due to explosions. They certainly took advantage of a veteran with no remorse. I hope that others read this and avoid hiring Around the Clock SCAMMERS!!!!

I WILL BE AMAZED IF THIS POST ISN'T REMOVED BY AROUND THE CLOCK MOVING
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! When moving my son to Philadelphia on Aug. *, I stupidly used this company. They called us on the morning of Aug. *, saying that we'd get our belongings either at Noon or between 4-5. WRONG. NOBODY CALLED.
When I FINALLY got a person to pick up the phone (Aug. *, 3:40 pm), I was told the shipment had been delivered. WRONG. The person went to check the records, and came back insisteing I had my stuff! (Seriously? Why call if I had my stuff? Then why did we sleep in a naked apartment, on a hardwood floor on Aug. *?)
After finally getting in touch with the driver, I was told that they were in PA the night before, in another town, but weren't able to make the delivery, due to some laws about how many hours they are allowed to drive.
So, instead, they drove all the way to Conneticuit, which was where he was, waiting to get someone to come with him to Philadelphia and make the delivery. At 3:45 on Aug., I was told they would be there in an hour. WRONG. I made THREE calls to Around the Clock Moving, the morning of Aug. *, and left messages that were never answered.
My son and I went to sleep AGAIN on the hardwood floor. I received a text from the driver at 12:27 am. Aug. *, saying they were in the area, "but its late." I called him and told him to make the delivery NOW. They made the delivery, BUT FIVE ITEMS WERE MISSING. I realized things were missing, about 5 minutes after they left, but was told they couldn't come back, because they were heading to Florida. (So much for that law limiting driving time....)
When I called the company on Wednesday, I told them I wanted them to bring back the sofa the movers weren't able to get up the stairs, at no cost to me, as a result of the horrible "service" and to compensate for my damaged physical condition from sleeping on the floor. (I've had back surgery, knee surgery (this past May) and have two herniated discs in my neck. Sleeping on the floor aggravated my pain.) They said they would charge me $250 instead of $500. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
So, here I am, three weels later, after speakaing with them several times (out of 15 calls, total), having sent them a letter of complaint and some texts, still with missing items, a sofa that was taken out of the lobby where they left it (even though my son had a sign on it), still having pain issues from two nights as a result of their crappy communications with their drivers and, me.
SERIOUSLY. FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION (MENTAL AND PHYSICAL) DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT use these people. They are cheap, I'll grant you that, but I obviously got (or for the 5 missing items, didn't get) what I paid for.

Poor service. Tried to increase estimate when picking up. Blackmailed me into paying extra on drop off. Damage to furniture. Would not pay for damage.DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!

Clearly a company of long term roofing experience and affiliated with the top industry manufacturers......GAF and Classic Metal Roofing as examples.
Roger Urbach presents himself and most importantly his support infrastructure in a most credible and straight-forward manner.
Coordination and workmanship follow; the original presentation of company values and work process morph into an experience of trustworthiness and quality performance from the office staff to the field.
