Improper repair of sewer lift pump. Did not fix and pipe burst.Paid [redacted] $89 one day and then $126 the next day to fix a sewer lift pump. Said it was fixed and that I had a 90 day warranty which he wrote down on the receipt. It never worked correctly after the repair. I called many times for him to come back and honor his warranty. He never came back and then the pipe burst. I want my $215 back. He is never allowed on my property again. I called another plumbing company and they fixed his mess.Desired SettlementA $215 refund for not fixing my sewer lift pump.

Complaint[redacted] was suppose to install 3 bathroom sink plumming and a kitchen sink plumming. Gave [redacted] the representive $450.00 to get the hardware and piping [redacted] was given a check for $450 on 1/22/14 and he was to come back and install on 1/22/14, but he did not. When I call him around 3:00pm I got his voice mail. I ask him to call apon receiving the message, but still no response after 4 different call.Desired SettlementI want the $450.00 dollars that was giving to him in a check for the parts/hardware back.

Complaint[redacted] quoted $89. to install a box with shut off valve behind refridge. Charged me $183. and only replaced copper hose with plastic hose.I called [redacted] and asked him what it would cost for a behind the refrigerator shut off valve and box. I explained that I had a copper wire to the ice-maker and was getting a new fridge which they would not deliver and hook up with the copper line to under the house. He quoted me a price of $89. When he arrived the next day he told me that the box would be too expensive that all I needed was a replacement hose for the copper one with a valve to shut off the water on the hose. Then he said he didn't have any money to get the part so I gave him a check for $50. Then he wasn't sure if he had his drivers license on him (he drove to my house.) Well he got the house, replaced the copper one and then told me it would cost me $133. over and above the $50. I already gave him for the hose. HE NEVER TOLD ME IT WOULD COST MORE THAN THE $89. he originally quoted. I said that to him and he just insisted that I write another check. I will never call this place again!!! HE CHARGED ME $183.!Desired SettlementI believe that all I should have to pay is the $89. I was quoted. I told him that when he told me that he wanted another check. I didn't even get the box with the shut off valve I wanted. That's fine if it works but he said that the reason I wasn't getting a box was that it would be around $200. Yet he charged me almost that anyway when he quoted $89.I want a refund of the difference $94.---------
