They are the best plumbing company I have ever worked with! I called them initially as a second quote for a leaking drainage pipe in my wall after having a large roto company give me a quote.around 3k They came it and did it for less than 700!! They also did a fantastic job!!! Both the plumbers, that have come out for the two jobs I have used them on, advised me how to do things effectively and not for their own pockets I would highly recommend them to anyone for any plumbing need

I purchased the service for a drain cleanup and a TV scoping of our sewer lines for $through Angie's List When the technician arrived he explained his scope was broken (which was the main reason that we purchased this deal) and would only be charged $for the drain clean upBecause I had pain was a credit card the issue of who would provide the refund (Angie's list or Around the Clock) was bandied about and the final resolution was the $refund would could from Around the Clock I called several time and talked to [redacted] who offered to have the bookkeeper ( [redacted] ) call me [redacted] never called backI again talked to ***, expressed my frustration and she promised to put a check in the mail that same day Waited a few weeks--no check Called again and spoke to [redacted] who also promised to get a check in the mail the same dayIt's been well over two weeks and still no check I feel angry, scammed and duped

Buyer BEWARE Seek a plumber somewhere else These techs are not plumbers and do not know how to fix plumbing After hiring them to repair a faucet (outdoor) the tech they sent could not figure out how to connect the pipe He was there hours and burned his hand on the torch so had to take a break He left and two days later the pipe started leaking again...while at work Huge mess again...wet drywall and flooded steps Called back and owner's wife was SO rude but offered to send another tech Ten minutes before he was to arrive she called and cancelled the appt I had to spend another $to hire a different plumber to fix their sloppy work After calls to the business no satisfaction, owner's wife has hung up on me times Take your business elsewhere I am filing complaint with Revdex.com

I highly endorse and recommend this 'company' if you don't mind the following:
Late or no arrival of the promised date and time windows
Unspeakable things left on your flooring and door handles
Illegal dumping of contaminated waste on the street in front of your home
Bait and switch tactics
Brain damage from excuses of amateurs
Integrity issues from not abiding to the terms and conditions of being a member of Angie's List and the Revdex.com
But if you DON'T want any of that to happen then look elsewhere

We performed service and repair on Around the Clock's sewer jetter. Their check for $2087.12 was returned as NSF on Feb 3,2016. The debt is still outstanding and had to be handed over for collections because Around the Clock just gave us the run around.

They call themselves "Around The Clock" but they are NOT around the clock. We called on a Sat. and had to wait until Monday afternoon for them to come out and take a look at 2 faucets that were leaking. Meanwhile it is below freezing temperatures outside and I was afraid of it doing more damage. The guy showed up Monday afternoon (almost at the close of the 2 hr window that was given to me). He glanced (literally) at the faucets (from a distance) and said he'd go check the truck to see what he had. He came in, told me he did NOT have the supplies to fix either faucet. He told me he would write me up an estimate and I could call him back if I wanted him to come back and fix it. (why did I call them in the first place??) He wrote out an estimate and left. When I called the company to complain, the woman kept telling me they were a "small company" and I have to understand if they don't have supplies?! (really?) I told her I would think they would go above and beyond with customer service. She argued with me about the estimate. She talked over me, kept interrupting me and placing me on hold when I told her I could not wait. Needless to say, we are going with a different company to get this fixed!

Because I had pain was a credit card the issue of who would provide the refund (Angie's list or Around the Clock) was bandied about and the final resolution was the $65 refund would could from Around the Clock.

I again talked to [redacted], expressed my frustration and she promised to put a check in the mail that same day. Waited a few weeks--no check. I requested a sewer line inspection, on a property, from Around the Clock Plumbing. I made the appointment with them at 3:00 PM on 27 July 2016. At 6:00, my wife, Agent were waiting for them to arrive. The woman (Whitney) told me early on that they were just 30 minutes behind. They eventually stopped communicating. This inconvenienced the current tenets as well as all of us. I was told on multiple occasions that I would be emailed an invoice, but none have arrived and I have been able to get a response. In addition they gave me a video of the scope and it was dark and I could see Whitney on camera, at the end. These scopes are supposed to be lighted and very easy to view. This one was not. We are supposed to be viewing for tree roots cracks, etc.. This job was not performed properly nor honestly. I have tried to communicate and be kind, all to no avail.
