This is a Homeowners Association matter that involves the Board of Directors for the community association and the property owner who is responsible to comply and cooperate with the Rules and RegulationsIf an owner rents his/her property he/she is still the one liable to the homeowners association for all assessment charges and any activity on the propertyYour landlord should have been the one responding and communication with the board of directorsThe owner should not have put the burden on you to respond and try to resolve the issuesWhat goes on at a property is between the board of directors and the property ownerAll information relating to billing, outstanding debts, and compliance issues is confidentialWe do not have the authority to release information to anyone other than the ownerAll assessment, late fees, and responsibility for payment is the responsibility of the ownerIt is never a tenant's responsibilityThe tenant has no legal obligation to arrange for assessment payments or be involved in a collection matterIf the matter is to be resolved, it has to be done by the legal ownerYour request for photos, communication/letters is not something we are able to provideAgain, the owner needs to work with the board of directors to resolve the issuesIf the owner wants any charges waived, he/she must request it in writing and send it to the Association board of directorsThese issues cannot be resolved with a tenantHopefully, the owner has communicated with the board of directors by now and has worked through the issues
