happyShe has still not paid itWhen we arrived to the first property he explained that the job was really a job for a tile guyShe had concerns about water damage continuing while she was out of townWe explained it would be a temporary fix & that she needed a tile personAt the second property she lists we did not touch her laundry lineI read a copy of the bill from other plumbing company & he repaired something completely different then what we were working onI've tried many times to work something out with this client prior to sending to collections, including reducing amount owedShe continued to request I communicate with her assistant who said " I don't know why she doesn't pay it you did the workShe always does this with contractors & puts me in the middle" The assistant is who set up the appointments by the way & was the person I explained our pricing toThe assistant also agreed that I never quoted $Either way even when I reduced the first invoice to $she has still refused to pay itWe have over man hours, and over $in materials for services she rendered & even her assistant agreed we preformed yet refuses to pay for the services even when we reduced the pricing per her requestWe pulled a toilet, preformed a main line drain clean, worked on four different minor requests, trudged all over her property locating the septic system, found that it's fullVacuumed up sewage in the bathroom, instal a flag because the toilet was set on concrete, then reset the toiletWhen you read her complaints & compare to the work we preformed it doesn't match upWe were not called to fix leaks, she had a backed up main line & a full septic systemWe deserve to get paid for the services performedFrom what her assistant has explained this is what she does to contractorsMakes up bogus complaints, refuses to pay or communicate with contractors & threatens themShe threatened me on multiple occasionsShe's bullying hard working people in hopes that they give upI would have loved to have settled this & tried to many timesShe wants to get everything for free, we worked hard in very disgusting conditions & deserve to be paid for our hard workI do sympathize with her, the tenants wrecked the property
