Around the Ground Landscaping L.L.C

Failure to return to repair our boulder wall that collapsed after he installed only days earlier.
We hired [redacted], the owner of Around the Ground Landscaping, to put up a boulder retaining wall in our backyard. He completed our landscape project on August 22, 2012 but the following day, the boulder wall started to collapse. I called [redacted] and he said he would be over in the next couple of days to repair. Another week went by and he never came so I called again. [redacted] promised he would be over to repair but another week went by and he never came or called to tell us he would be delayed. I called a third time and [redacted] promised he would be by to repair. Again, he was a no show and no contact was made with us regarding our project. On my fourth contact with [redacted], I left a message but [redacted] never returned my call or came to complete the project. We contacted him again by email and requested that our project be completed by the end of the week, Sunday, September 23. We informed [redacted] that if the project wasn't completed by this date, we would be contacting the Revdex.com and Angie's List. Today is September 25, 2012 and our boulder wall is still not completed. We tried to contact [redacted] one last time on September 25 by sending him a text message also. [redacted] has not repaired or attempted to contact us regarding his delay in completing the project.
