Review: [redacted]'s company did some repair work on my new house in [redacted] before I moved in last October. All work conducted then was based on the pre-purchase inspection report. [redacted] convinced me that his Guardian Plan would help me maintain my house through 6-month thorough inspections of the property to identify problem areas. [redacted] informed me that the first inspection would take place in Dec/Jan. [redacted] never contacted me during the winter and when I finally was able to reach his office, his wife informed me that the first inspection had already taken place. Since I didn't receive an inspection report or detailed discussion with [redacted] about the inspection I told her that there had been no inspection and that the original work was based on the pre-purchase home inspector's report. Subsequently [redacted] changed his story and said that my first inspection was never scheduled to happen until spring. [redacted] has misrepresented the truth about inspections and has made no effort to contact me in order to schedule/conduct an inspection. I no longer trust [redacted] and has defaulted on the promises he made about his Guardian Plan. [redacted] told me that they do not give refunds and that if I didn't want his service that was fine but he would not refund the $725 that I already paid him.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to refund in full the $725 I paid in November 2012 for his Guardian Plan.
