Part of this due diligence process is having proof of insurance coverage on file. ARPCO cannot allow a motor Carrier to enter the premises of its clients without having proof of insurance coverage. The required proof of insurance coverage requested from Ms. Gonzales was received after the scheduled appointment time, thereby rendering the Carrier late for their scheduled appointment and ineligible for detention.
