Mr. ** did not purchase from us the gift code in question. Mr. ** purchased that gift code from a third party that attempted to purchase the gift code from the Array Enterprises, Inc. web-site with fraudulent credit card...

information. Due to the fact that the credit card information provided for purchase was fraudulent the gift code was de-activated and cancelled. Mr. **'s legal recourse is with the individual he purchased it from and not Array Enterprises, Inc. It is unfortunate that Mr. ** was taken advantage of in this manner but as a buyer Mr. ** needs to be aware that any liability as a result of the purchase lies with the individual Mr. ** purchased from. At this point we will consider this matter closed and would hope that the Revdex.com would instruct Mr. ** to focus his efforts on the individual he purchased the gift code from and not Array Enterprises, Inc. who has no liability in this matter. We are sorry for Mr. **'s situation but unfortunately there is no relief option with Array Enterprises, Inc. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
