When we were first contacted by the guest, it did take longer than it should have to get him in contract with someone who could help him. When he finally did speak to one of the management staff at that location, the manager offered to issue a credit to his card. The guest said no that he was going...
to make a complaint with his credit card company and have them issue a chargeback against the credit card charged. At that point, nothing was done. The complaint then reached me at our home office. I did an investigation to determine exactly how the' guest's credit card was overcharged. I then personally issued a refund to the guest's card on Friday 9/18/2015 in the amount $135.96, the amount he was overcharged. As explained to the guest it sometimes takes 2-3 days for the credit to appear on his account. This is documented and on our credit cards reports and can be made available if necessary.
