I have never been a client of *** at any of their locations I have never even inquire on line about any of their cars However, I was engaged to one of their sales guys and back in November of he started sending me emails about one particular client by the name of *** *** *** These emails contained her vin number he wanted me to fill them out so he could have better ratings from Jeep which he makes more money and I think so does the store I reported it to *** and then met with *** *** at his West Palm Beach store I advised him of ;the siuation and showed him all of the emails that came from Arrigos computer, he didnt seem to care to much about it, as he said there was no SSI number, I also reported to Jeep and they said that they don't send out survey or anything it had to come from *** the resolution was supposed to look into it as per Jeep I then reported to the tamarac police because if anything ever happens to this lady I want no part of it I never respoded to any of the emand when I got the report her ***'s address and date of birth was on it, it said year old white femaleI contacted her and gave her copies of all of the emails she was so upset I ffelt so bad for her she said she couldn't belive that *** would allow for such information to be leaked out I think you guys should should look into this *** is very irrisponsible in my oppinion that is why the elderly and others have their identity stolen in the State of FloridaWho can we trust when we give out our personal information, you feel raped My name is *** *** if you guys would like to see the emails I have them all Thank you I don't think I would ever buy a car from any *** Location Sincerely ***

I submitted an order for a 2017 Jeep Wrangler and the sales manager Robert C. has done a terrible job on delivering it. He failed to submit the first order and after 6 weeks he had to resubmit it now 12 weeks has passed and the vehicle was order incorrectly. I left messages with his supervisor and he hasn't returned my calls.
