I was reluctant to use a mail prescription service because I was afraid of not receiving my medication in a timely manner and Arriva proved me correct! They call to follow up with you regarding your status of refills but do NOT ship the medication when they know you are in need of it I called them looking for my medication and they knew I was in need of it but then told me they needed to have a supervisor sign off on the refill before they could ship it, even though I have refills left They are extremely difficult to get in contact with and their customer service is extremely poor I would NOT recommend this service to anyone and caution you if you do use them It is amazing they specialize in diabetes medication and offer such an unreliable service for such a serious illness

I have recently become my father's caretaker which entails making medical appointments and obtaining medication and supplies for himI contacted Arriva Medical for diabetes test strips at the beginning of January The order was placed but not received When I called back weeks later I was informed, after waiting on excessive hold times, that his prescription was expiredThere was no indication of this when the order was placed and I was not subsequently informed that there was a problem with his order A new prescription was faxed to the dr who, when I called today, verified he had faxed it back Today I called to check on the status of his order, was disconnected once and finally got through to a representative who was incredibly rudeMy question as to whether they had received the new prescription was answered in the negative I said I just talked to the Dr office and they HAD faxed itThe response was that an incorrect prescription had been faxed The representative finally said the records office receives many hundred faxes daily and it may be hours before the prescription would be received in the correct department and the order filled I understand that Arriva is busy and don't mind the wait The representative could have informed me of the procedure when I called and saved us both a lot of aggravation I would not recommend this company to anyone The long wait times on hold, the fact that information is not shared with the customer, the inconsiderate customer service representatives all give this company a black mark

I am receiving several calls from Arriva trying to sell their productsI have told them consistency each time they call that I don't need any more products and they will still call me back the next dayLast week,I received calls from Arriva trying to sell their medical suppliesIt is becoming a form of harassment for a company to call this many timesWhen I tell them I am not interested ,they will keep calling everydayI receive my glucose testing strips fro Arriva,and have made it clear several times that I would call them when my supplies were getting lowI didn't have this problem with Liberty

Arriva Medical constantly harasses my husband with phone calls: at least several every week My husband faithfully tests his sugar each morning and it is well under control; thus he does not have a need for many strips each day Unfortunately, the company representatives insist on calling him, asking him to place an order He repeatedly tells the caller that he will call when he needs the strips Just because Medicare pays for them is not a reason to order more than necessary If my husband does not need the strips, they encourage him to order other medical supplies/equipment We are so tired of the phone calls We are both years of age and trips to the phone for unnecessary calls is irritating He asked to be placed on a do-not call list but his request is ignored

If you are considering using ArrivaDON"T ! I have had nothing but problems with themWe have yet to get a delivery without having to call several times to find out why an order had not been received by the date promisedExcuses are offered, none of which are valid.(egDr not a Medicare providerhe is, Drprescription not on fiis, and yes they finally found it, insurance has to be checked Medicare for yrsand no change since last order, no Drwith that namehave been his patient for yrs.) If they had a problem they should have had the courtesy to call and inform me they could not deliverEach time I had to call them to find out why I had not received my order Last order I had to call when still not received after having called days before,and had only days testing supplies leftWas told they could not mail it for more days due to Medicare guidelines BUT for $they would ship it overnightVery poorly, run business and unreliableFinally had enough and switched to another company

I am very frustrated in dealing with this company I just received supplies about a month ago and they are still harassing me with phone calls I have told them to stop calling That did not work so I blocked the number and now they have called again on another line I have blocked that We'll see When you are elderly and have various problems moving about, persistent phone calls trying to sell you more supplies you do not need is beyond annoying I am considering reporting them to Medicare!

I had so many problems with this company that I stopped service with them and now get my supplies locallyHowever for over a year now I have off and on received a bill from them for $ I have Medicare and a BCBS of Oklahoma supplement that pays all charges for my suppliesThe bill I receive indicates a BCBS of Florida supplementOf course Florida isn't going to pay my copayI have called repeatedly to inform them to file the correct insurance They assure me they will, but then a couple of months later I receive the same billEach time I have to speak to someone who doesn't speak very good English (even the supervisor)I am at my wits endDon't know how this will end, but I certainly wouldn't recommend this companyI never had this problem with Liberty Medical, but unfortunately they were taken off the list of approved Medicare suppliers, and I was forced to switchThere are obviously a lot of dissatisfied customers, so I wonder why Medicare doesn't do something

They've been sitting on a prescription from my Doctor since JUNE 23, for Diabetic Supplies I called them on July 3, when I received nothing Their CSR told me there was a delay, but didn't know why and call back on Monday I called them on July 5th, and was advised that they didn't know why they did not reach out to me or my Doctor that they no longer carried the Bayer Contour strips They talked me into a new meter Then proceeded to tell me that they needed a new RX from my Dr My Dr sent it over to them times, and they claimed today that they still don't have it I double checked the fax number, and everything was sent to the right number I am filing a comlaint with Medicare They need to find a better suplier

Terrible customer service. Deliveries never arrive on due date. They continually try to see you outher services and/or equipment. No confirmation of online ordering..

WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE. I made a mistake and ordered diabeties supplys from them,They messed up the 1st order. Trying to get it resolved, I repeatedly called there customer service only to BE PUT ON HOLD, &/OR BE HUNG UP ON..Some of their people don't speak English.. totally MESSED UP THE 2ND ORDER. I have found another co to provide my needs. ONLY TO BE CONSTANTLY HARRASSED DAILY BY THEIR PHONE CALLS. I HAVE ASK MANY TIMES, NOT TO BE CONTACTED, BUT AS OF NOW THE HARRASSMENT HAAS GONE ON FOR MONTHS... I AM 1 VERY UNHAPPY CAMPER... BEWARE ORDER FROM THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK... TOTAL BAD NEWS.. OUT OF CONTROL CO.

Arriva Medical calls my home on average six times a day looking to speak with my eldery father so THEY may order his diabetic supplies. The robo calls are excessive, unnecessary, unwarranted, and unwanted. Numerous times we have verbally requested to the customer sevice agent to remove our telephone number from their system as we are no longer interested in doung business with Arriva Medical but the CSR hangs up. Because of Arriva Medical's business tactics my family is using a different diabetic supplier. We want Arriva Medical to cease and desist with their phone callls as they harrassing.

Arriva Medical keeps calling us when we don't want them to call. We have asked them several times not call, and they still keep at it. I have stopped using their service due to their aggressive tactics. They also repeatedly tried to send me medical supplies that were not needed.

I am receiving several calls from Arriva trying to sell their products. Last week,I received 8 calls from Arriva trying to sell their medical supplies. It is becoming a form of harassment for a company to call this many times. When I tell them I am not interested ,they will keep calling everyday. this is the worst diabetic supply company ever. My husband has been a diabetic for 14 yrs now and we have had 4 different companies to date & Ariva is far by the worst ever. They do not process paperwork in a timely manner, they lie about the dr sending the scripts in on time and then they bill Medicare for supplies not sent. They have people who do not speak English very well, so you cannot understand them and they do not understand you. I would not even tell my worst enemy about Ariva, they are so very bad.

W. [redacted]. I was contacted around the tenth of June and told that my records showed I would be out of supplies by the 19th of June. I was asked if I wanted them to ship my supplies and I said yes. I received a tracking E-mail stating that the supplies were shipped on June 19!! This is the day I ran out!! It is now the 24th of June, and I have not received my supplies so far and the tracking system says they have been in Memphis, Tn. since the 21st. I have no idea when I [redacted] get my supplies. I have had to go out and buy from a drug store so I can check my sugar twice daily. I need you to ship my supplies sooner so I can have them when I run out! If it takes 10 days to get them to Murfreesboro from 300 miles away in Hebron, Ky, then ship them earlier. I am fully aware that you are not allowed to ship before 10 days of my refill schedule, but this time it was shipped 10 days too late!!!!!
